Continued Progress

Ron is definitely awake and moving. He is very frustrated with all the tubes and wires attached to him and understandably doesn't know what he is doing in the hospital and why he can't get up. He has repeatedly tried to get out of bed. He can communicate through facial expression head nods. The ventilator came out this morning which was his major aggravation last night. He was trying to talk, but, but was unable to because of the ventilator. Hopefully with that out we can begin to talk with him. The MRI indicated that he would probably not need surgery on his broken neck which is a major answered prayer. Continue to pray that he can recover quickly and fully and that there are no lasting effects from the injuries he has suffered.
